Synopsis

Monkey King has been a legend for over 400 years after he created a tremendous uproar in the heavenly palace. The ordinary people lived in fear that they were in the verge of death in Chang’an where mountain monsters were on a rampage. Jiang Liu’er, an orphan, lived with a monk together. The little teenager often yearned for Monkey King.
Monsters came to the city to loot young boys and girls one day. Jiang Liu’er was chased by some monsters because he saved a little girl. He ran along a way and entered into Marble Mountains. Accidentally, he relieved Monkey King’s seal. Monkey King only wanted to go back to the Mountains of Flowers and Fruits. Owing to the unsealed imprint on the wrist and feeling of gratitude, he loathly set Jiang Liu’er back to Chang’an. On the way, they met with Zhubajie and White Horse occasionally. They were no more heroes because they came down in the world or were strapped in the magics. The Monster King set a puzzle of a nightclub, only to find Monkey King had lost his power and he took the little girl away. Monkey King was not willing to save her so that Jiang Liu’er decided to rescue her in person. During a total solar eclipse, Monster King was prepared to throw the boys and the girls into a furnace to make elixirs of life in the Hanging Temple. At the crucial moment, Jiang Liu’er rushed into Bodhimanda and the final fight began.
