Marshal: Peng Dehuai Produced by S&C Pictures Won Excellent Series Award.

In the evening of April 3, the award ceremony of the 31th Flying Apsaras Award and the 25th Television Art Starlight Award was held in Bodi Inshow Studios in Ningbo city.
Marshal: Peng Dehuai, a major revolutionary and historical play co-presented by Chen Hanhai from S&C Pictures Co., Ltd., won Excellent Serial award among all plays with revolution and history.
It is introduced that the appraisal is ensured correct orientation with fairness and justice, under the guidance of Xi Jingping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and under standard of the unity of profound thoughts, fine art and perfect in production. Through preliminary assessment, re-evaluation and final check, 16 excellent series and 32 nominated excellent plays were selected by secret ballot.
Marshal: Peng Dehuai finally stood out from crowd, winning the 31th Excellent Series Award. The scriptwriter Ma Jihong, director Song Yeming and leading satr Dong Yong won Excellent Screenwriting Award, Excellent Dirctor Award and Excellent Actor Award respectively.
Marshal: Peng Dehuai is the first documentary series to narrate the whole life of Peng Dehuai. He spent his all life in military and made great contributions. Medals may fade and leader image may appear. That being said, Peng Dehuai finally became a striking hero after the heaviest sufferings and grievance with his own remarkable strength of character and faith, bursting out dazzling brilliance. In fact, series for heroes is the strongest note for the ceremony.

Marshal: Peng Dehuai previously won the Favourite TV Series of the 23rd Magnolia, Contribution Award in the 14th Five “One” Project of Spiritual Construction, the 1st Prize for TV Art in Fujian Province in 2016 and the 1st Prize of the Eighth Hundred Flowers Literary Award in Fujian Province. These all affirmed quality of the play. As the producer, Mr. Chen Hanhai also said that he will work harder to create more high-quality plays for audiences.
