Position Statement:
1. Coordinate video project business, including project investigation, negotiation, execution and evaluation of benefits and effects;
2. Write and formulate project alternatives;
3. Lead the development of projects and take responsibility to organize the screenplay writing and coordinate the communication among creative staff;
4. Be responsible for the operation of project team and the management of staff; cooperate with the other departments including manufacturers, artists, scriptwriters, directors and post-processors;
5. Be in charge of overall control of production operation and monitor artistic quality, production progress and post matters including distribution and advertising;
6. Control budget and assist in management of investment funds.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above and full-time work experience of 3-5 years.
1. Have rich experience in video production process;
2. Have mature producer experience of over 5 years, strong market sensitivity, excellent team management skills and powerful execution;
3. Have good professional networking including directors, actors and production units.
